REFORCONS, on the basis of Clients requirements:

• Proposes candidates, already selected by REFORCONS staff and ready to be embarked, sends Client their C Vs

• Organizes, if requested, selection interviews for the Client, by web cam or at Reforcons headquarter

• Sends by fax or e-mail all copies of certificates (IMO, qualifications etc.), in any case always before embarkation

• Will draw up all the documents in order to obtain the necessary formalities for the transit papers  to allow departure from national country and safe joining

• Organizes the travel of the personnel to be embarked

• Provides Clients periodicals updates on personnel and updates of general interest
